LIVES FILLED WITH JOY AND PURPOSE
Creating a Warm and Inclusive Community
Winter Growth’s founder dreamed of creating a community where seniors and adults with disabilities could continue to learn and grow – where their lives would be filled with joy and purpose. For over 40 years, we have fulfilled her vision by providing affordable services tailored to the individual abilities, interests, and life stories our clients bring to our community.
Friendly, Supportive Home-Style Environment
We’re not all about chandeliers and polished silverware. Instead, when you step into our buildings you have the sensation of visiting a friend’s home, with warm lighting, comfortable furnishings, and smiles throughout. Our unique combination of Assisted Living & Memory Care and Adult Day Care in the same space creates an environment that is able to support seniors and adults with disabilities in achieving their highest potential for independence, dignity, and life satisfaction.
Nonprofit Means CARE IS OUR DRIVING MISSION
As a nonprofit, we are able to offer our Assisted Living and Memory Care at a cost that is 15%-20% less than other organizations providing similar levels of care. Our cost-of-care is also all-inclusive, with no move-in or other add-on fees—making it easy to plan for your loved one’s long-term needs.
Being a nonprofit means so much more than our lower prices though. It means care is our driving mission, not profits. 100% of monthly costs go directly to improving the lives of the people and families we serve.
