Winter Growth’s COVID-19 Response updateD 12-01-2021
Winter Growth is following updated guidance on visitation per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The following updated policies and procedures are in place:
- There are no restrictions on indoor visitation at this time.
- All individuals entering our buildings are actively screened for elevated temperatures and COVID-19 symptoms and refused entry if there is a temperature or symptoms. All visitors entering our buildings are required to show proof of full vaccination status OR proof of a Negative COVID-19 test result (PCR test results are valid for 7 days from test date while Rapid test results are valid for 48 hours from test date and time). All Winter Growth staff are fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious waiver.
- All staff are required to immediately report potential exposure to COVID-19 and must follow current CDC quarantine guidelines.
- Upon entering our buildings, all individuals are required to wear a mask and sanitize their hands. There are sanitizing stations throughout the building. Mask are strongly recommended while visiting with our residents in their private rooms.
